Ashley is our Lead Creative Director, she spends her days chatting through design concepts with clients, taking calls, and building floral recipes. When she's not at work she's off exploring the world in search of beauty and inspiration.

Jesslyn is a busy lady, one minute she's creating gorgeous proposals for our clients and the next she's elbow-deep in flowers. Like everyone else at Sage, Jesslyn loves to travel and explore. Jess has a degree in architecture and loves everything about design.

Jason is the logistics guy around here. He manages all of the ins-and-outs for our events, creates  the packing lists, and he makes sure our installation team has everything they need. When he's not keeping everyone organized he's busy being an awesome dad to his two daughters.

Megan manages cleaning, sorting, packing, and organizing everything we need for every single event. This is no small task because, in addition to sending everything we need, Megan also sends us everything  she thinks we might need. Those "maybe" items have saved our butts on some events!
