Jason is the logistics guy around here. He manages all of the ins-and-outs for our events, creates the packing lists, and he makes sure our installation team has everything they need to do amazing work for our clients. When he's not keep everyone organized he's busy being an awesome dad to his two daughters.

We offer two distinct options for clients looking to have Sage join their event team
Not only do we love to make your events look amazing, but we also like to keep your day as stress free as possible. During your personal consultation with our creative team we’ll learn all about your likes and dislikes, inspirations and visions for your special day. We work in collaboration through the design process to make sure everything from the flowers to the drapes to the table settings all match perfectly and most importantly, they make you happy. Our small team of pros handle the full installation on the day of the event and we put the finishing touches on every element.
For the DIY enthusiasts who are looking to realize their own unique vision. Pick and choose from our carefully curated inventory of beautiful furniture, linens, decor and accessories to add the perfect touches to your special event. Pick up is available from our conveniently located warehouse space.

We wanted to say a BIG thank you for everything you and your team did to make our wedding such a success. We were really impressed with the florals, which perfectly matched our vision and impressed our guests. We were blown away by your transformation of the reception venue into a beautiful, intimate space. Especially impressive was how you managed to integrate the ‘green wall’ seating chart into the space in a location that made sense for guests as they walked in. Words can not describe how wonderful of an experience I had working with Sophie from Sage Designs. Their flexibility, attentiveness, and creativeness made our wedding exactly what I had envisioned. From the floral centrepieces, glasses, cake stand, seating chart, etc. everything came together perfectly and really tied the space together. Working was Sophie was fantastic. She is super personable, detailed, and warm which are all things you look for in a wedding planner. In addition, I was planning a wedding from abroad and Sophie and her team were so flexible when it came to scheduling meetings and finalizing things on a tight schedule. We can't thank Sophie and Sage Designs enough for everything they did. It was truly a pleasure working with Sage Designs and I highly recommended them. AMAZING!

Sophie and her team are a dream to work with!!! They have everything you can imagine to bring your vision to life. They are extremely professional and quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole planning process - a quality that not all wedding vendors have!!!!
On the day of our wedding, everything was executed exactly the way we envisioned it....even with a tight set up scheduled due to an unaccommodating wedding venue.
I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for beautiful rentals for their big day :)

My husband and I worked with Sage Designs to complete our Le Belvedere wedding last September. They did an outstanding job working with us over the course of the year to completely design our wedding (from florals to decor). Sophie was so sweet and even worked with me to design two completely different looks for the wedding since I couldn't make up my mind. In the end, the wedding day was an absolute BREEZE and we didn't have to lift a finger. Sophie and her team arrived at the venue, set up the ceremony space, the reception space and the cocktail space, prepared all our florals and ensured that we got them and worked with Le Belv to accomplish the whole wedding day setup. They were in and out before I arrived at the venue for my first look and then they showed up the next morning to tear everything down and clean up so me and my wedding crew didn't have to. I would 1000% recommend Sage Designs to anyone who wants to be completely taken care of on their big day. In fact, many of the floral designs Sage put together are featured around my house now (they were dried bouquets) and I am reminded on a daily basis of how gorgeous our big day was.
